Question 1:

When gear is on D and start driving the transmission starts from 1 to 3 and stops when speed has already exceeded 60 kph plus.

From experience it stops at 4.

What would be the solution to repairing the vehicle problem - it is a Toyota Harrier.

Question 2

When driving at a high speed and applying brakes, I feel the brakes rolling and also hear rolling noise.

When brakes are applied, it should firm brake without unnecessary rolls or noises or sound.

I have tried changing brake pads but have not solved the problem.

What would be the solution to the brakes problem?

the brakes may have awarped rotors so if there is enough metal on them turn them or get new rotors then replace pads again. Have a trans guy check for a bad clutch pak or seal on trans
