third seat removal

How do you remove the third seat from a 2004 Toyota Highlander ? In rear of vehicle.

Hi CJ. I checked several Toyota forums and everyone agreed the rear seats are basically useless and very hard to remove but it can be done. It looks like there are 2 bolts on the L/H side and a seat track on the R/H side.
