My 2004 Toyota 4Runner makes a humming noise that seems to be coming from underneath the stereo/console area when the ignition key is turned to the on position and last for approx. 15 seconds and then goes away. It does this whether the engine is on and running or off and not running. Sounds like it could be a relay or pump.???
