Car shakes & vibrates extremely bad in beginning was worst when you accelerated now worse when you let off brake Steering wheel really doesn't shake or vibrate hardly any. Has progressively gotten worse in a short period of time It is extreme

This sounds kind of obvious but I would bring it in to the shop, it could be the transmission Pitch Mount which would cause the car to shake under acceleration and shifting in lower gears.
