2004 Subaru Impreza 4 cyl broke in half spark plug

What do you recommend to remove the broke in half spark plug wire casing around the plug still in the engine?

You can try grabbing it with a pair of long nose pliers you can get them in 45 & 90 Deg"s with extra reach, this will be a bit tricky as to the access of the plugs, take your time and you will get it off.
