octavia oil leakage from exhaust

check oil level is correct .. have a cylinder compression test carried out

i got the oil checked and it is reduces as i start it ,,, some one told me that the turbo is the main problem ,,, i mean they are sayin that i have to change the turbo itself,,, just wanted to know can the turbo be repaired or is it better to change is ,,,,
