scoda octavia windscreen wiper problems

hi i have a scoda octavia estate, 1.9 tdi 2004 04, and the problem i have is that the front windscreen wipers come on by themselves and also the washers beside the front lights also come on by themselves every minute or so, could you please tell me if possible what this could be?

is the vehcile fitted with auto wipe ?

I got the same problam on my skoda octavia hatchback 1.9 tdi.when I start the engine after 10-15 minutes my front wipers on automatically and the front headlight washers on aswell without turning anything on.I tried to replace the big relay under my diagnostic connector but no change.please help.cheers
