can a transmission squeak

i have a squeaking noise and it sounds like its coming from the transmission.i have replaced front wheel bearings on both sides and pads,rotors,and calipures and it still squeaks and the back brakes still look brand new

Do you have the 4cyl or 6cyl engine vue?Also did you make sure the steel brake dust shied behind the rotors wernt bent and scraping on the rotors?
