2004 Saturn Vue repeatedly blown fuel pump fuse 3.5L engine

This is the 5th time the fuse has burned out on the fuel pump circuit, the car was mostly in a colder climate and then we moved out to Vegas. The car will run for about a week or so before the fuse burns out. Where is the wiring for the pump located

It runs inside the car then drops down outside the car to the fuel tank.It most likely the fuel pump though.
