Replaced the compressor and thermal expansion valve low side pressure high 95lbs high pressure side low 110 lbs system evacuated to 22 helos and charged with 24 ounces of 134a voltage check shows no voltage going to the thermal expansion valve

Do you a 4cyl or 6cyl engine?Did you balance the oil charge correctly when you replaced the compressor?Also did you use new parts or used parts when you replaced them?Also what was it doing before you changed the parts?Pressures etc?

Two ounces of oil were added with a new compressor and txp also cleaned the system with flush and compressed air didnt seem to have any restrictions had same problem before changing parts cools to 75 degrees above 2000 rpm

How much oil did you get out of the old compressor? Also did you drain the oil out of the new compressor?If you flushed the system with cleaning solvent you should have added more then 2 ounces of oil.Because you flushed oil out of the system when you flushed it.

So the ac clutch doesn't kick on with the engine running and the ac on?also are you talking about no power to the ac high/low ac pressure switch?

Yes clutch is engaged and and yes power is going to the hi/low switch no power is going to the thermal expansion valve shouldn't it be showing some voltage ? If yes how much voltage ?

Was told two additional ounces of oil should be added by the parts store above what was already in the new compressor.

I can't find that code listed for that vechile do they have free code reads at the auto parts stores in the state you live?
