"Trans hot" light comes up. I believe it's putting trans into "limp" mode.

Fresh fluids, no burnt smell.

Light comes on as soon as car is started.

Also it's only been about 10-15degrees around here so I know it's not hot that fast lol

Ps I have checked all wires and all plugs are seated correctly.

The coolant is full?Also any codes in the computer?

Engine coolant is not full.

Codes are P0031 p0986 p0700

The code P0700 means you have transmission codes i cant find a code P0986 i would recheck to make sure you have the correct number?The code P0031 is for o2 sensor heater circuit low voltage see if the erls fuse is blown?
