Engine running rough

Engine is running very rough & even shaking the whole vehicle. & it displays "check injection" on the screen. What can actually be the problem?

faulty plug ore lead, but we need the fault code as indicated by the check light, so go get a scan none first.

Have the computer scanned for code/s and then comeback if any present-
