My ABS light came on during a journey yesterday and stayed on the whole way. On the way home they didn't come on and they haven't come on today either. Do you have any idea what this could be also my brakes squeak quite a lot of the time

the abs light probably came on due to a single tire slip. since it hasn't returned I wouldn't worry. some brakes squeak normally and can mean its close to time to change them. when they start grinding or growling is when its too late and theyre becoming dangerous. better grade brake pads will generally run much quieter if and when you decide to replace them
