need help fixing my cruise control, dome light and fuel tank wont fill

Dome light issue is a defective door switch or shorted wire. Easy to fix.
Cruise control could be a faulty module, speed sensor, vacuum line or fuse. Not hard to fix.
What do you mean by air lock?

For the dome light, would I just open the light assembly to see if it's a shorted wire? I checked the fuse for the cruise control, it seems okay. So what do I try next?

The gas tank. When I put gas in my car, the gas nozzle at the pump clicks off as if my tank is full every few seconds. I hvae to do a lot of moving it around, trying variuos angles, removing the gas nozzle and putting it back in every time it clicks off. It takes me about three times as long as it should to fill my tank.

Gas tank issue is probably a blocked or kinked overflow hose or main fill hose. You'll need to get under the car and check that out. They're usually secured to the fill inlet and the tank with hose clamps. Loosen those with a plain screwdriver, grasp the hose ends, and twist and pull. Do this with a relatively empty tank.

You can check to see if there is a shorted wire in the dome light assembly. Most likely it's a switch, though. They are located in the door pillars behind the plastic trim panel. You'll need to remove the lower sill plate on the bottom of the door frame and then the plastic trim panels. First 4 images.

Does the light for the cruise control come on? Check power to the cruise control module and switch. See last image. The 2 images before the one for the cruise control module are screenshots of the schematic for the cruise control system.
