I accidentally got wiper fluid all over my alternator and fuse box

NEED HELP!! I went to start car and now all the lights flicker and car wont start. What to do? I let it sit for 4 hours, took the battery out, wiped everything off. still not starting. I'm getting power but it won't crank over and all the lights flash, chimes ring, and it makes a weird noise from the speakers. Also all the warning lights come on.

could try using hairdryer to help make sure all is dry?

thats not working. still not turning over and warning light still flash. its getting power so it has to be electrical.

is it warm weather there? put in garage for a week to dry out?
