Hi i was trying to install my new radio when the 12v wire sparked against the radio antenna. I now have no power to the new radio or the old radio. I tried replacing the fuse and that didn't work. What should i do now?

Yes because the cigaret lighter has power and all the lights work on the radio for the buttons but now sound or power on the screen

No I used a wiring harness from the store and the 12v constant wire wasn't covered and when testing i didn't see it against the radio antenna and it sparked. I tried putting the original radio back in to see if that works and no power to that either so I'm lost I'm hoping it's a fuse
