what is the A/C BFC fuse for?

this fuse keeps popping when it rains and then the car will not start until you replace this fuse. would like to know what this fuse is for so that i can get whatever is shorting out repaired.

The AC BFC fuse runs the compressor relay I would check the relay and the compressor clutch because if it was shorted it will cause the fuse to blow. Check out the diagrams (Below). Please let us know what you find.
