2004 Opel Meriva cuts out when hot.

have you checked the fuel filter or replaced it?

Good day. I have replaced the fuel filters and the fuel relays. The relay still gets hot and car still cuts out when temperature is @ +/- 80 'C. Can it be the ECU? The diagnostics say nothing wrong with it. Say something with fuel stuff. Replaced all the stuff that it requested and no success. Please help.

Greetings: the onboard diagnostic system of that vehicle will not indicate when there are fuel related problems, if you change the fuel filter was it very plugged? if it was it could have damaged the fuel pump. Also if you run your fuel tank below one quarter (1/4) of a tank the fuel pump is exposed which may cause it to over heat. If you accidentally went off the road and damaged the fuel lines underneath his vehicle that could be causing the restriction which would cause overheating problems of the fuel Pump. If everything checks out you may want to change fuel pump.

I have replaced the ECU and problem solved. Thanks for all your advice.
