My firlfriends 04 Alero's heater system will not divert the heated airflow to the windshield when the knob is turned to defrost... It's like the airflow is stuck in one position (coming out the cabin vents, but will divert to the floor vents when swithched by the control knob) Any Ideas on what I can check to fix this problem?
