I hear a squeaking noise from car when i turner left or right or go round corners while driving.

This happens at all speeds but does not occur when i drive straight

It sounds like a mattress squeaking.

Could be a dry ball joint (lower arm, steering tie-rod and tie-rod ends) or absorber mounting bearings lacks lubrications. You need to locate the source of the noise to be sure.
