wiper problem

Wipers were frozen to windshield, and would not move when turned on. After freeing both of them, they would not work.
Found a bad 20 amp fuse in the IPDM and they work, however I can't stop them with the switch. Have to shut the car off to stop them. Turm them on and they stay on.

Is there something else I can look at to get these wiper to operate correctly ?
