Have you checked the fuse?
Is the wiper washer motor working?
Are all speed modes not functioning?

all speeds are effected.
it is the front wipers.

If the wipers started going slow before stopping, it could be the motor or the linkages. Lift up the wiper blades and test if the motor works. The fuse could have blown due to the motor or linkages seizing so if the fuse is blown, replacing it might not solve the problem.
