My car has been making a noise that sounds like the throw out bearing is bad. But i have changed the throw out bearing, the clutch, the clutch plate thing and the fly wheel. the noise is still there, I was told maybe its the pilot bushing or the IPS bearing. I just dont know where to go from here. I dont wana have to change both things if its not needed.

Your going to have to inspect the pilot bushing and see if you can feel play in the input shaft or hear noises while turning it.So you hear the noise when you let the clutch out in neutral?

You have to remove the transmission then remove the clutch housing.I have done a Honda civic and saturn ones not sure ho hard that one is.For you it maybe hard if you have never taken a transmission apart.May you can watch someone on you tube take one apart.
