Ac vents bow hot and cold at the same time

Ac problem. When the front vent selected the middle ones are cool and the sides hot,if I change the vents to both front and down, the upper ones become cool and the one down blow hot air.

there is an issue with the heater/ac case as one of the doors is not responding correctly get them checked to see if there is an obstruction or a failure of a mode door motor.
