electrical fault

i seem to have a fault with the electrics, when i put lights on all the dash gauges and lights go loopy and passenger window opens it self but it wont let you put it back up untill lights are off?? sometimes all the door locks go loopy at the same time to, also when i use passenger window with out lights on the dash goes loopy also. any help appreciated thanks

we have no info on these,but it sounds as if your battery to body ground is either dirty or not making a good connection. check all your grounds battery to body, engine to battery and engine to bbody. It could be a bad cable as well look for corrosion going up the cable.
