the engine shake hard, and the engine light blinks

I have mazada mpv, this two days, the engine shake hard, and the engine light blinks, I run the code scan: p0131, p0151, p0171, p0174, p0306, p0174,p0306 totally 7 errors.
could it be the air filter too dirty, or something else?
