2004 Lincoln LS trouble codes

have a pro check the misfire as those are extrememly hard to diagnose and you need a pro scanner to actually see what is going on anyhow. the 2195 &97 is a fuel control problem which could be a vacuum leak, injector problem, harness or pcm which cold cause your misfire as well. check your fuelpressure with a gauge and check your battery for condition including load test as that may be a problem as well. auto parts can check battery and rent gauge.

hmac300 ,thanks for the info. car sat over week end after I turned light off. it cranked and run like new. it was 45% this morn. seems it act up when about 30% are less.this whole problem has gone on for a month. I've pulled plenum off 3 times,i don't like to do that.so many times. replaced cops pcv and sleeve .also o rings on what some call the tuning valve,ford has a name for them.black plastic on intake.i"try your checks,now. again thanks.

hmac300 after our last chat all trouble light went out and stayed out til today.it came back with po301 po316 .ive replaced all vacuum related parts gaskets have load tester but hard to think battery is bad cranks in -16%. check fuel running? what pressure should the 3. 0. Lincoln have? also dtc codes p2195 p2197 on again.one thread said might be fuel filter . what do you think?what bike do you have? hard to tell in picture. these eye are shot also.i have had 5 bikes,stoped riding about 20 yrs. ago.thanks

fuel pressure should be 30-55 psi with key on eng9ne off. the misfire a pro should check as it can be many things. Could be ran out of fuel, crank sensor, some typoe of ignition problem a pcm or anything in base engine like low compression, these are a bitch to find even for a pro. the other two are a tpe of fuel problem either to low or high, which normally leads to a pump if you have a bad pump replace the filter as well as it's probably never been done.
