2004 Lincoln LS P306 #6 Misfire

Hello, I have a 2004 Lincoln LS V6. I am getting a misfire in cylinder #6 which is causing a rough idle. P306 is the error code. I have replaced the COP as well as the spark plug yet I am still getting the code. I am unsure what step I should take next, any suggestions?

If you replaced the plug and coil and you still have a dead miss, I suggest checking engine compression in that cylinder to see if it is low.
