I reversed polarity during jump start

lexus es330 2004 and blew alt120a fuse. i replaced but it only revs at 1500 rpm. could it affect throttle body sensor

First check every fuse in that car. You can expect a lot of failed computer modules after jumping it that way. But first check all fuses hopefully that's all it is
