hi my freelander is having a starting issue sometimes it dosent start at all and other times it will start but only last a couple of seconds and then dies ive had the fuel pump changed on it so no its not that

The pump could be good but not getting power. When it doesn't start, check to see if you are getting spark to the plugs and if the fuel pump pressure is within the manufacturer's specs.
