2004 Land Rover Discovery won't stay idling

It starts just fine but it won't stay idling it dies. never had problem before,just started all at once.

check fuel pressure with a gauge auto parts rent it. try cleaning throttle plate on both sides with choke cleaner and iac hole. should be 50 psi
