You don't. You have a hydraulic clutch that self adjusts. You likely have either a leaking slave cylinder or clutch master and it has air in the system now. Find the wet spot and replace the bad component, then bleed the system out.

The clutch is adjustable at the pedal. Where the rod comes in through the bulk head there is a 12mm nut locking it tight. Undo this bolt then turn the shaft to adjust the clutch biting point.

No, it is definitely not. That is a free play adjustment that if adjusted incorrectly will not allow the master cylinder to release pressure and lead to clutch disc failure.. If adjusted in the opposite direction, it will reduce the throw and make his issue even worse.

This shaft has been adjusted and set correctly by myself on 4 sedonas all with same issue. 2 are still being serviced at our shop (one is mine 2006 owned since 2010 adjusted 22000 miles currently 104355) and have shown no clutch issues whatsoever. As u say if adjusted incorrectly which they must have been from the factory.

Reason I posted was guy brought his to us Friday and said he’d searched google YouTube etc and all things lead to a brick wall. His was really bad though. It moved the car with the pedal on the floor! I’ve adjusted them since doing my own in 2010 with no issues. I would never post advice that I 100% wasn’t sure on
