How does the Kia Sedona armrest work? It won't stay up. Do I need to replace the arm or just the bolt?

Check to make sure the bolt is tight. If it is, chances are the internal mechanism must be bad and require replacement.

Do I just replace the mechanism or the whole arm?

In most cases, the arm and mechanizm are one unit.
