radiator fan seized up. so i replaced the thorostat, fan and relay switch and the fan is not coming on.

A tight motor will usually cause a fuse to blow. The first thing to do is check if one terminal in the relay socket has 12 volts on it. A more thorough test is to bypass the relay to see if the fan motor runs. That will quickly test that entire part of the circuit. The fastest way to do that without digging up a wiring diagram is to pop the cover off the relay, reinstall it that way, then squeeze the contact.
