i hydro locked a 2.4l kia optima 2004 modle iv i had to put a new piston in it done with that got to the head need to no the toque speic for it and the sequince that the bolts need to be and the rest of the toque specs for the for the intake and the exhast sorry about the spelling please help if you can?

See diagrams for head assume you are reusing bolts.
Exhaust 18-22 ft. lbs
Intake 11-14 ft.lbs.
Note head is torque to yield type

As Doc pointed out, this is "torque to yeild" system which actually stretches the bolts and for that reason you should never try to re-use them. Every installation requires new bolts.
