2004 KIA Amanti rear view auto dimming mirror not working. Is there a fuse that could be bad? No indicator light comes on on mirror?

Yes the fuse could be bad there are three fuses that run the system as you can see from the wiring diagram below. Please use this guide to check the fuses.
