I cannot figure out how to access the TPS. Everything I read states that I don't have to take off the throttle body, but I cannot seem to access what I've identified as the TPS. Any assistance is much appreciated.

REMOVAL
The TPS is located on the throttle body

Remove air duct and air resonator box at throttle body
Disconnect TPS electrical connector
Remove two TPS mounting bolts
