Can you help me locate the engine mounts on my Jag

The engine jumps when I give it gas and now I have restricted performance on the dash.First I would give it gas and the back wheel on the passenger side would spin.

here is two pics of the mount, but you need a lift and engine hoodks to take it off. you have to take off the aircleaner and throttle body as well as disconnect steering and tire. goodluck
