2004 Isuzu Ascender Electrical problems

Today the car wouldn't turn over. So we put jumper cables and cranked it up. After that the front windows wouldn't go up the ac stopped blowing cold and the radio stopped working. What could have caused to happen and how can we fix it

Check for blown fuses inside and under the hood. It's common to blow a few when connecting a battery or jumper cables from the current surge.
