what causes an ABS motor to run contious when car is shut off on 2003 Infiniti GS35

Usually a stuck relay.

thanks but that isn't very defining as to what relay

Check the ABS relay, relays have a constant voltage and a switched source (only on when key is on), if switch side sticks it will run when ign. is off.
