2004 Infiniti G35 Security Remote

Both security remotes have stopped working. Inserted new batteries and had the batteries checked to make sure they were good. I did the reset..insert key 6 times, etc. I was able to fully complete the reset procedure, but the remotes still do not work.

Any ideas?

That was not my question I need to rest security 2005 G35 and 1998 j20 both won't let me turn ignition key I had just took off battery cables to clean posts urgent call 403 966 8884 thanks Grant

Have you checked the chip key batteries?
