I drove to service station less then 4kms away the other day and it cut out on 3 times. Every time I accelerated past the speed 40 it cuts out it had a loud tapping noise. When I got home I reved the car up, added oil and car went back to the usual sound. But being a single mother I don't trust driving the car incase it shuts down altogether on me. What could this be?
