tensioner pulley I took out put another one that I see again rubber come off the timing belt and around
the tensioner pulley , I hear like noise can it be the new tensioner faulty or the new timing belt is faulty ?
for making noise . I am thinking about putting another belt . can the new parts be faulty ?

Hi:

Yes, new parts can be bad. What kind of noise do you hear? Does it sound like a bearing in one of the pulleys is bad? Also, check to make sure nothing is rubbing the belt that can cause this issue.

Let me know.

its like a ticking noise from the timing belt area I put a stetoscope near the tensioner area and its
so loud noise the belt was rubber all over the pulley I replaced the pulley
ones now I am thinking to put original tensioner and original idler pulley
will that help ? maybe new timing belt since some rubber came off on the pulley ?

the noise you can hear it like a click or tick you can hear it coming from
the timing area . when you accelerate you hear like a whine might be
rubbing against the timing cover that could be bad tensioner too ?

You know, as a test, it might be a good idea to put the original tensioner and idler back to see if that eliminates the noise and problem. As far as the belt, I would need to see the damage to determine if it should be replaced again. If a lot of the rubber has come off, I would think it should be replaced. However, I wouldn't do that until we see if the noise goes away with the original parts.
