First thing you have to do is scan for the code. Post it up and one of us will help you diagnose.

Do I need to go to a dealer to get this done or will an auto parts store do it as well?

I wasn't sure if it was the O2 sensor light or ERG needs cleaning or changing. I may do a overhaul on all the filters too to see if that'll help.

Filters will not shut off the light. Honestly, it probably is an oxygen sensor. But it get scanned for free at auto zone or somewhere first.

Thanks for the advice. I'll do that and go from there on the next question.

I finally got my car scanned and it said that my gas cap was loose. The tech also said sometimes if you leave the key turned while pumping, it may cause the light too. I'm going to keep an eye on it either way. If it comes back on, I'll get it checked out again.
