2004 Honda Civic code p0705 flashing d light

I have a problem with the transmission range sensor it was replace i bought a new one the wiring from the sensor was replace as well the wiring from engine is been replace and also the computer has been replace. still having same issue when i turn on the car everyting is normal when i drive around 10 mins the check engine lightt turns on with a flashing d light on the dasboard. i dont know what else to do my mechanic puts to check the code still coming out p0705 replace the sensor still flashing and transmission acting weird only when the light flashing but meanwhile is off the car runs perfect
