2004 honda civic replaced timing belt and plugged crank sensor and cam sensor up car want start unplug cam sensor car will start need help

Recheck the cam sensor and its installation. Unplugging it would cause the PCM to go into backup mode and might start but with sensor plugged in, it is showing an error which might not allow the engine to start.
