I recently changed my 02 sensor on my accord because a p0141 DTC code, I replaced the 02 sensor with a bosch replacement and the CEL went off, After driving for two days the CEL came on again with the DTC code p0138. I am stuck and I don't know how to repair this problem I thought replacing the 02 sensor will solve the problem but somehow it has not. I will appreciate all the help to clear the CEL.
Thanks

The same sensor is giving you problem. P0141 is a heater circuit malfunction.

P0138 is high voltage. Either the sensor is not compatible (which is the likely cause) or the wirings are not installed correctly.

Thanks for the quick reply, let me check if it's a wiring problem before I decide to replace the sensor itself, could you please provide a picture or a diagram showing all wirings including the connector

Hi all,
I followed the instructions above and noticed the 02 sensors' voltage now hovers between 0.250 and 1.1 is this normal.
Secondly I took off the battery terminals and put them back after sorting out the wiring and noticed the cel blink about 3 times and go off. Is this good or bad. Looking forward to your reply.
Thanks

The voltage should be 0.75 volts with key on and engine off. wht you are getting should be normal.

The MIL should not blink. Does it blink each time you turn the ignition on or only once?
Are you getting any trouble codes now?
