Door Lock Actuator

I've been trying to replace the actuator from the driver side and in the process I need to disconnect the 2 bars/rods from the actuator up to the cylinder lock. How do I do that ?

The trick to these is you need to rotate the small plastic "locks" that are holding the rods in place away from the rod.

Please look at the attachment below that will show the small arrows for the direction in which each clip needs to rotate.
