2004 Honda Accord

Hi, I am having a problem and taken my car a few places. My 2004 Honda Accord shakes pretty bad only between 55-65 mph (mainly in the front). I have gotten new tires, balance, aligned, replaced both cv axles in the front and replaced a rim that was bent a little. I been looking up complaints to find there are hundreds but a few ppl on here actually had my same problem. I ran out of money to continue fixing misc. problems that it "might" be. They have looked at it several times and no clue. I suppose I will take it to the dealer but I was hoping someone on here might know what it is. I am not even sure what topic to put this under....

check yoru engine and transmission mounts, onemay be bad giving you the vibration. also have a belt tension tool put on your belt it may not be tight enough meaning the tensioner is bad.

Thank you for your quick response. I will get my husband check on the those and at least you have given me a different answer than anyone else which is appreciated when they (mechanics at Sears and Big 10) keeping pointing to my wheels and axles that have all been repaired and taken to them repeatedly.

there is your first problem. Sears and i suppose big 10 are mostly tire stores and do what we mechanics call "Gravy hits", meaning they take all the highpaying and easy stuff-tires, batteries, chargins systems, starting, tune ups and front end work. they take none of the hard stuff or stuff that is harder to diagnose. Yuo are better off to find an independent mechanic shop or a dealer, although dealers can p=be pricey. I'm sending along a tsb that may have soemthing to do with your vehicle. an dyou can try this in your driveway, move the front tires to the rear and rear to the front. sometimes this cures it.
