what makes the reduced engine power light to come on?

First the reduced engine power light a come and then the stability stystem disable light a come, then we cant give the car no acceleration, cut the car off for a few minutes, and the can drive it again?

the reduced power means you are in PCM limp mode.

most common cause is wiring at throttle sensor.
